ODM RODS LIMITED WARRANTY
At ODM RODS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All new factory ODM rods and blanks are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects for 1 year from the purchase date.

ODM RODS reserves the right to inspect all claims to determine the cause of failure.

If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Shipping and handling fees are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original owner.

A valid sales receipt from an authorized ODM RODS retailer is required to process any warranty claims & inspection.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from ODM before sending any product for inspection.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of original purchase.
What’s Not Covered

Damage resulting from:

User error, misuse, abuse, accidents, or impacts/nicks

Alterations, modifications, or neglect

Creating acute-angle bend or user error (e.g., high sticking, lifting fish, dragging fish, etc)

Normal wear and tear, including:

Broken guides
-
Cosmetic damage
-

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use
Note: Some states do not allow exclusion of such damages—these limitations may not apply to you.
Previous Warranty Claims and Replacements
Once a warranty claim for a product has been approved and resolved through a replacement, repair, or other warranty or customer-service accommodation, that claim will be considered fully satisfied. Any replacement or accommodation provided does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period. Subsequent claims relating to the same product or its replacement will not be eligible for additional warranty coverage.

However, a discounted replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of ODM RODS based on the situation.

These items must be serviced on-site only.
