 Team ManagerMarlon Ventura (NJ, USA): Marlon is a seasoned angler chasing multiple species in the Northeast. He is passionate about light tackle fishing and taking light gear to the upper limit. Marlon enjoys the pursuit of trophy striped bass, fluke, blackfish, and a variety of other bottom fish. If he isn’t striper fishing, you’ll often find Marlon on a jetty or boulder field with a couple dozen crabs ready to feed the tautog. |  Team Captain/Public RelationJohn Johnson (NJ, USA): John has a enjoyed a lifelong love for surfcasting and all types of fishing, growing up in New Jersey chasing Bass, blues, fluke, and all freshwater species from a very young age. When hes not behind a stove, he most enjoys plying the night tides for trophy striped bass with plugs and eels up and down the Striper Coast. His passion for fishing has taken him from Texas to New England to the offshore canyons, always in pursuit of a bent rod. |  Team Field Tester/Promoter (MA, USA)Colby Brouillette (MA, USA): Colby is an experienced angler who loves all aspects of trophy striper fishing from shore. He is a mostly catch and release fisherman. He has spent the last 30+ years successfully targeting big stripers from the Cape Cod Canal and Cape Cod beaches. Colby is a versatile angler who loves tactics such as eeling from the beach to throwing topwater lures for explosive hits. Above all, his favorite way to target big bass is drifting jigs in the deep, fast moving. |

Joe later brought his love for fishing to the great fishing nation of South Florida where his passion for fishing exploded. The diverse waters offer exotic trophy-sized game fish in saltwater.
